Refund and Exchange Policy


Return/Exchange of the purchased product should be notified to us within 7 calendar days if the customer is located in Karachi while for the customers outside the vicinity of Karachi he/she should notify us within 12 calendar days. Expiration of the said time period will make the claim invalid.  

Application of exchange will take place in the event that a product is defective or incorrect but the customer has to ensure that the product is undamaged and unused. In the event that the relevant product or its size is unavailable than the exchange can’t take place but in order for you to become eligible for the refund you would have to prove that the damage, defectiveness or incorrectness has been the result from our end failure to do so would result in you becoming ineligible for the refund.
